Day 1 – First call
We speak with you, check your work experience and your B1/B2 certificate, and see if you fit what German employers are looking for.
12–15 October – Kochi
You meet us live in Kochi and have your direct interview with the German employer.
A few days later – your contract
You get the confirmation, the written approval and the working contract. We sit together and go through the next steps:

Around week 12 – you arrive in Germany

You start your job with a salary of about €2,800–3,200 per month before recognition, depending on region and employer.
Around 6 months – you complete recognition
You go through your adaptation, Kenntnisprüfung or recognition programme with our support and the support of your employer.
After recognition – you are a „Physiotherapeut“
€4,000/month
Your salary goes up to around €4,000 per month as a fully recognised healthcare professional.
Up to 2 years after arrival – we stay with you.
